Ceramic fritted glass, also called silk screen printing glass. It is produced by silk screen (or roller) printing ceramic frit paints onto glass followed by drying and heat-treating to form a permanent coating.After printing, make the furnace to a temperature of 520 ~ 600 °C and heat the glass to fix glass pigment and toughened the glass. If polishing, engraving, etching and other methods before printing or printing on the glass surface after processing, can be doubly improved printing results. Due to this kind of glass can occupy different colors and pattern according to the designers' inspiration, it is now widely used for facade wall, railing,balustrate, and other decorative places.

Q1: How about sample and charge?
A1: Raw material like float glass,reflective glass,mirror sample is free, The deep processing glass like tempered glass,laminated glass,insulated glass etc. Sample should be charged. Sample freight paid by buyer. After buyer placed mass order sample charge will be refund.

Q2:What's the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A2: For deep processing glass MOQ is 100m2; For raw glass standard size MOQ is 1x20'ft container.
 
Q3: What about the payment?
A3: 30% T/T deposit,balance against copy of BL.

Q4: How long is the lead time?
A4: 2-4 weeks,depend on order quantity.

Q5: How to make sure the glass will not be broken during transportation?
A5: For all glass produced, we pack it into sturdy export plywood crates and use metal straps to pack the crates as securely as possible into the container.

Q6: How to guarantee punctual shipment for my order?
